Chanteks on the mission to source quality and cheaper material.
3 hari 2 madam di HCM, we went to all the wholesale area, really tiring.
Verdict:  it's really cheaper, however, limited choices.

We ended up borong ready made tudung, ala ala naelofar tu.  Same material, same quality, but cheaper :)

MOVIE DAY @ TGV the Strand


Melayan kerenah kiddos hari ni. … nak tengok The Big 6 Hero… ok la.
Dalam hati ..adoi tak kuasa nak tengok citer katun budak2 ni…

Bila dah tengok, mama diorang ni pulak yang over.  Jalan cerita menarik, boleh menambah minat kanak2 terhadap sains, rekacipta dan kreativiti.

Sempat jenguk Zawara .. terbang lagi duit ku…

Krisaliz Graduation Day 


Am so proud of my little angel. My little baby has finally graduated.

He made us proud today, stood on the stage so confidently to deliver the opening speech in mandarin.
Da shang hao…wo men….bla bla   comel je bunyinya

Thank you to all the dedicated teachers at Krisaliz.  

Lupa lak nak citer…. seronok sangat dapat hadiah saguhati dari Fujifillm.  Sebenarnya Hafiy yang nak sangat masuk pertandingan menghias gambar polaroid.. Ok jugak…ini dinamakan rezeki.  Alhamdulillah.

Laksa Kuoh Putih

LAKSA KUOH PUTIH TRG

Bahan untuk kuah:

8 ekor @ 800g ikan selayang
2 sudu kecil lada hitam
1/2 in halia
1 ulas bawang putih
5 ulas bawang merah
1 1/2 biji kepala parut diambil santannya2 keping asam gelugursedikit garam
Cara membuat kuah:

Ikan kembung dibersihkan kemudian direbus hingga masakToskan kemudian ambil isi ikan ditumbuk hingga lumat.Tumbuk bawang merah, bawang putih, halia dan lada hitam hingga lumat.Masukkan semua bahan tumbuk serta santan dalam periuk, masukkan asam gelugur dan garam secukup rasa.Jerang di atas api hingga mendidih dan sebati.
Bahan untuk ulam:

Daun kesum secukupnya dimayang halus
Kacang panjang secukupnya dimayang
Kobis diracik halus
Timun dimayang
Daun kemangi - buang tangkai
Taugeh - buang ekor

Sambal belacan:

Cili kering rebus dan toskan]
Belacan] tumbuk atau mesin
Sket garam]
